Onaje, a native of Brooklyn, NY, discovered his love for music at a young age. In his early youth, he began attending The Brooklyn Tabernacle, where he joined the youth ministry and developed a profound passion and thirst for the presence of the Lord. Shortly thereafter, he became an integral part of The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, taking on roles as a soloist, worship leader, and member of the renowned "Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir" He also contributed to the choir's songwriting alongside Carol Cymbala. Onaje's musical journey also included a decade-long tenure as a singer with the award-winning gospel group Israel & New Breed. Currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, Veronica Jefferson, and their two beautiful children, Mayah and Avery, his unwavering commitment remains centered on sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
